We discuss updates and repairs that can increase market appeal and market value. I can help with referrals for vendors and contractors to help with those updates. I believe in staging - as I represent buyers I can see the "wow" value that a professionally staged home offers and I want your future buyer to experience that "wow" factor too. Since the internet is everyone's first introduction to your home, I will have a professional photo shoot to showcase your home in its very best light. When everything is ready, we'll pull the trigger and activate the listing and market your property. I have found that a collaborative approach is productive when dealing with buyer's brokers so I'll make sure to represent you and your needs when I discuss your property with any interested buyers and agents. I'll present all offer(s) to you and explain the pros and cons of each key term. Once we're under contract, I will diligently manage the transaction through the escrow and lending process to pre-empt problems, find productive solutions and reach a successful closing. After all, that's what we both want.
